Ground Zero Outreach is a faith-rooted, community-driven, RN-led nonprofit serving Lincoln County, Oregon and Thurston County, Washington. Since 2022, we have been guided by a commitment to compassion, dignity, and meeting people exactly where they are—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
