Ground Zero Outreach is a faith-rooted, community-driven, RN-led nonprofit serving Lincoln County, Oregon and Thurston County, Washington. Since 2022, we have been guided by a commitment to compassion, dignity, and meeting people exactly where they are—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Our work is grounded in the belief that every individual has inherent worth and deserves support, connection, and hope.
Through programs like Laundry Lifeline, Gas for Greatness, Narcan distribution, winter outreach, individualized peer mentorship, case management, and RN-led care coordination, we provide both practical assistance and ongoing support. We also help individuals access food, shelter, and critical medical and wound care services. Ground Zero Outreach stands as a bridge—connecting people to resources, community, and a path toward stability, healing, and long-term well-being.
